Mark Overdevest, BBA, CNE,

Mark is a Tier 1 Associate Broker at Sotheby's International Realty, and leader of The MORE Group. He is currently recognized as one of the Top 20 Sotheby’s agents along the entire Wasatch Front, and part of the Top 500 for the entire Salt Lake Board of Realtors. Prior accolades include a consistent annual ranking in the Top 50 of all Utah agents while at Coldwell Banker, where he was also a member of the International President's Circle. 

Mark left a career in investment banking on the East coast, lured back West by the Utah mountains. An avid climber, backcountry skier, and wannabe yogi, Mark completed a committing one day ascent of El Capitan, and a self-guided 2008 expedition to the top of Denali. He credits his tenacity for going the extra mile for his clients in all aspects of the buying and selling process. Mark is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he started on their NCAA Division I tennis team. Mark loves spending time with his wife Jessica and their dog Pancho.

Mark formed the MORE Group in 2018 as a response to local market influences, recognizing buyer needs for real time agent access to listings. The MORE Group prides itself on responsiveness in this capacity. Through Give MORE, the MORE Group helps give back to the community, donating thousands to local and national charities.  

By partnering with Sotheby's in 2020, Mark and his partner Jenny now offer the premier marketing and branding in the industry, to give an edge to our clients and drive the highest price and best terms on all of our listings.

Jenny Overdevest, BBA, CNE

From start to finish, Jenny exceeds expectations and provides integral value for a smooth, transparent experience. 

Jenny holds a degree in journalism from the University of Oregon. Jenny's genesis in marketing began with BBDO in New York City, before moving to Los Angeles to manage the public relations departments of large multinational companies, including Paul Mitchell hair products.  It was there that her marketing acumen propelled the organization into a billion dollar market behemoth. This experience honed her skills in mastering the understanding of client needs.


As an owner of a portfolio of investment properties, and having spearheaded a number of renovations, Jenny is also an invaluable resource should the need arrive for guidance in the investment arena.

Jenny's capacity to listen to client needs and calm demeanor are invaluable assets for the MORE Group's attention to detail for the optimal client experience.
