Salt Lake Climbers Alliance

The SLCA exists to provide a unified voice for climbers in the Wasatch and surrounding regions through advocacy, stewardship, community, and education. In existence since 2002, we work to provide sustainable recreation infrastructure for the increasing population of outdoor enthusiasts in the Wasatch. This work keeps access open to these outdoor spaces for climbers and hikers alike. Our trail work also improves the health of the Salt Lake City watershed by lessoning user impacts on natural landscapes where we love to recreate. replacement initiative as you walk along and enjoy the beauty of the central Wasatch. Fit To Recover

Fit To Recover is an award winning community center and gym dedicated towards helping individuals maintain recovery from drug and alcohol misuse. The community center is unique in that it addresses the drug/alcohol addiction pandemic using a “4-Pillars” approach which includes exercise classes, nutrition education, creative expression, and community service. We believe the best practice of helping individuals achieve their goal of sobriety is by creating a safe environment - because when individuals feel safe, they are then able to connect with one another and help each other maintain recovery.

Best Friends Animal Society

The mission of Best Friends Animal Society is to bring about a time when there are No More Homeless Pets. We do this by helping end the killing in America's animal shelters through building community programs and partnerships all across the nation. We believe that by working together we can Save Them.
